RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Desiremore Seller (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED
We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase of clothes and shoes from Desiremore Seller (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help with your return and exchange.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may be eligible to return or exchange your product(s) if the following conditions are met:
- Time Limit: The request for a return or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals (where applicable) attached.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
- Excluded Items: Items purchased on a final sale, clearance, or promotion may be exempt from being returned or exchanged (this will be noted on the product page). For hygiene reasons, certain items may also be excluded.
2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Please include the following information in your request:
- Your Order Number.
- The Name and Code of the product(s) you wish to return.
- The Reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, defective, damaged, change of mind).
- If requesting an Exchange, specify the desired size or color.
3. RETURN SHIPPING
- Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item or a damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind/Size Issues: If the return is due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong size, the customer will generally be responsible for the cost of returning the item to our address: Street no 6, plot no 8, Model Town Dara Ismail Khan, Pakistan.
4. REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email or message notification.
- Approval: If the return is approved and meets all eligibility criteria (Section 1), your refund will be processed.
- Payment Method: Refunds will typically be processed back to the original method of payment used, or via bank transfer/mobile wallet if the order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Timeline: Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund amount to be credited after the return has been approved.
5. EXCHANGE PROCESS
If you requested an exchange and the desired item (size/color) is in stock, we will ship the replacement item once the original item is received and approved. If the requested item is not in stock, we will issue a full refund as per Section 4.
6. IMPORTANT NOTES
- Sale/Promotional Items: Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Items marked as “Sale” or “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded unless they are found to be defective.
- Inspection: All returns are subject to final inspection upon arrival at our warehouse. Items returned damaged or worn may be rejected and sent back to the customer.
