  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email or SMS confirmation immediately after placing your order. A second notification with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

2. SHIPPING COVERAGE

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping services to all major cities and accessible areas across Pakistan.
  • International Shipping: Currently, Desiremore Seller (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED does not offer international shipping. We only ship within Pakistan.

4. PAYMENT & CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including Cash On Delivery (COD), which is a popular and trusted option across Pakistan.
  • COD Confirmation: Orders placed via COD may be subject to a phone call verification prior to dispatch. Failure to confirm the order may result in cancellation.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a separate notification containing the courier company’s name and a Tracking Number. You can use this number on the courier’s official website to monitor the live status of your shipment.

6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partners typically make one to two delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful after the specified attempts, the parcel will be held at the courier’s local office for a short period before being returned to us. If a package is returned to us due to customer unavailability, the customer may be responsible for the costs of re-shipping.
